Toi.kz is an online platform for posting listings about events, venues, and services in the field of event organization in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Registration is required to post listings. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and all actions performed using your account.

The platform offers paid listing promotion services (Boost, VIP, TOP, Banner). Terms, prices, and validity periods are indicated on the promotion page.
We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these Terms without prior notice. In case of systematic violations, the account may be blocked.
Toi.kz is an aggregator platform and bears no responsibility for the content of listings, user actions, the quality of services and events, or any losses resulting from interactions between users.
Photos and descriptions posted in listings remain the property of the user. By posting content, you grant Toi.kz a non-exclusive right to display and distribute it within the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
We may change these Terms. We notify users of changes by posting the updated version on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
